The petitioner seeks pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-96 cents in Sy.No.141 of Abobhilam Village, Allagadda Mandal, Kurnool District, on the basis of the registered sale deed bearing document No.625/15, dated 16-03-2015. The petitioner states that he made an appropriate application in the proforma prescribed under Form 6-A through E-Seeva on 27-03-2015 by paying requisite fee. The receipt of payment is also appended to the writ petition as Ex.P-1. Alleging inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's aforesaid application and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
