Petitioner seeks amendment in the I-B Register and the revenue entries relating to the land claimed by him in Survey No.184 admeasuring Ac.1-00 cents of Ponnekallu Village, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District. Petitioner has filed copy of the application which was made before the fourth respondent in the prescribed proforma dated 28.08.2015 together with the representation of the petitioner and the relevant documents. Alleging inaction on the part of the fourth respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Since the application of the petitioner, referred to above,

is in the prescribed proforma under 'Mee Intiki, Mee Bhoomi' programme of the State, I deem it appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to examine petitioner's application and take appropriate decision thereon expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
