This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.127 of 2017 of Madannapet Police Station,Hyderabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 21.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, and P.R.C.No.126 of 2019 was assigned. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
