HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.4773 and 5162 of 2020 COMMON ORDER:

When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 04.05.2020 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4907 of 2020.

In view of the said submission, following the order dated 04.05.2020 in Writ Petition No.4907 of 2020, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 09.11.2019, 03.12.2019, 10.02.2020, 19.02.2020 and 20.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
