THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1306 of 2022 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed vide order dated 18.2.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.92 of 2021 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, whereby the petitioner/accused No.1 was directed to attend PS CID on every Tuesday till filing of charge sheet and he shall not leave the State. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition and as it is very difficult to comply with the said condition in view of his employment as Government Teacher, the same may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor does not dispute the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition and further submitted that investigation is still pending. Taking into consideration the submission on behalf of both sides and the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition. Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed.
