Bhosale) Mr.G.Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel for the appellant, does not press this appeal and seeks liberty to the appellant to make an application for refund of the amount deposited by him as observed in paragraph '6' of the impugned order, within a period of two weeks from today.

Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If any such application is made, we hope and trust that the same will be considered within a period of four weeks from the date of its presentation.
