THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12490 OF 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Sections 439(2) and 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 18.11.2010 in Crl.M.P.No.298 of 2010 in Crl.A.No.154 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad to the extent of directing the petitioners to pay fine amount of Rs.1,23,758/- each within one month.

On 28.12.2010 this Court suspended the order dated 18.11.2010 in Crl.M.P.No.298 of 2010 in Crl.A.No.154 of 2010. The interim order granted on 28.12.2010 is extended till disposal of the appeal. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim order granted on 28.12.2010 is made absolute. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of and the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of Crl.A.No.154 of 2010 in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
