The case of the petitioner is that the subject property is the ancestral property of her husband and his name was also mutated in the revenue records and after his death on 26.02.2016, she made representation on 02.07.2019 to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in her name. As the same is not being considered, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the application of the petitioner dated 02.07.2019 for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for the issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed is stated to be pending with the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the said authority is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
