Though the matter was listed on 17.08.2015, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted next week 'for dismissal'. Even when the matter is posted today 'for dismissal' there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Sr i Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent Corporation. In view of the same, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
