This Civil Revision Petition is filed against Order, dated 22-01-2016, dismissing IA.No.1016 of 2015, on the ground that though costs were paid, neither the petitioner nor his Counsel was present

for cross-examining PW.1.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that an application filed against the said order was returned as not maintainable.

In my opinion, the petitioner has to avail an appropriate legal remedy against the return of the said application instead of filing a Civil Revision Petition against Order, dated 22.01.2016.

In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate legal remedy as observed herein before.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.905 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
