HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12898 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted applications dated 05.01.2017 in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to the 3rd respondent for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed in respect of land to a total extent of Ac.11.14 guntas, situated at Gadpa Village, Damargidda Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioners dated 05.01.2017 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the said applications, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
