This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in P.R.C.No.40 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died in the year 2015.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
