This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner against the respondent herein, alleging wilful and deliberate violation of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.24371 of 2017, dated 04.07.2017.

Vide above order, the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition by directing the respondent authorities therein to consider the complaints, dated 20.04.2017 and 04.05.2017, made by the petitioner and take appropriate action thereon, in accordance with law, as regards the unauthorized constructions alleged to have been made by the 4th respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the respondents have disposed of complaints dated 20.04.2017 and 04.05.2017, made by the petitioner; and therefore, the

cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication, and hence the same may be closed. 4.

Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
