HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.1409 and 1416 of 2019 COMMON ORDER :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in the subject crime is completed and charge sheet is filed. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police concerned.

In view of the above, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petitions have become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
