THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.43235 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to register a crime and investigate into the same basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.11.2016 against the respondents 5 to 21. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, Hyderabad City -4th respondent herein is not registering a crime against the respondents 5 to 21 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.11.2016.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to register a case against the respondents 5 to 21, if the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.11.2016 discloses any cognizable offence against them and investigate into the same and file a final report either way in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents-police, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 14.12.2016.
