HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Appeal No.264 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the appellant does not press this appeal and seeks direction to learned Single Judge to consider and decide the writ petition itself on merits finally. He further seeks direction to the respondents to file their counter affidavit within time frame. Mr. A. Jagan, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 is directed to file their counter affidavit within two weeks from today. Insofar as respondent No.3 is concerned, they are also directed to file their counter affidavit within a period of one week from the date of service of notice in the writ petition. We dispose of this writ appeal as not pressed with a request to the learned Judge, who is seized of the matter to consider and decide the writ petition expeditiously.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
