Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are typographical errors in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the facts are also not properly mentioned and, therefore she has instructions to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. Learned counsel seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

Interlocutory orders, if any, shall stand vacated. No order as to costs.
