Learned counsel appearing for petitioner/A3, would submit that petitioner/A3 may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the concerned Court. While dismissing the Criminal Petition as withdrawn, liberty as sought for, is granted to petitioner/A3.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
