HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO Writ Petition No.22165 of 2017 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not processing his pension papers, a retired Senior Superintendent in District Judiciary has come up with the above writ petition.
2. Heard Mr. Ravi Kondaveeti, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the Registry. Mr. B.Narasimha Sarma, learned counsel, takes notice for the newly impleaded party 3rd respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner today produced a copy of the proceedings dated 18-12-2017, sent by the Principal District Judge, Krishna District to the Accountant General (A&E), forwarding the papers to the office of the Accountant General.
4. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take necessary action on the proposals sent by the 2nd respondent on 18-12-2017, within a period of four weeks. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs. ___________________________ V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J.
