When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 08.02.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Arvapally Police Station, Suryapet District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents that a suo moto case vide Crime No.175 of 2017 under Section 379 I.P.C., Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act was registered on the file of Arvapally Police Station on 15.12.2017 and after completion of investigation, police filed charge sheet on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Thungathurthy on 26.12.2017 and the subject vehicles of the petitioners have been deposited before the said Court on 21.12.2017. 2.

In view of the above, keeping it open to the petitioners herein to file an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
