THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos. 41784 and 44595 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

These two writ petitions are being disposed of by this common order as they challenge the registration of Crime No.370 of 2016 by respondent No.5-Station House Officer, Subedari Police Station, Hanamkonda, Warangal District.

Respondent Nos.6 to 8 appear to have lodged a complaint before respondent No.5 alleging forgery and submission of fake documents. In connection with the said complaint, the above stated crime was registered and the investigation is under progress. When the investigation is under progress, this Court cannot interdict the same.

In the circumstances, the writ petitions are disposed of directing respondent No.5 to continue the investigation and while investigating the crime, he shall follow due process of law including issuance of notice under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C.
