THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.4517 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus restraining the third respondent from registering a sale or any mode of conveyance with reference to schedule property nor its portions as Apartments by the eighth respondent until the disposal of SAIR No.316 of 2017 on the record of the Debt Recovery Tribunal-1, Hyderabad.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, he submitted that in respect of the same property W.P.No.40247 of 2015 is pending before the Division Bench of this Court and he seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move the Division Bench. Granting liberty as sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
