I find no ground in the present petition to set aside the docket order dated 08.07.2016 passed in E.A.No.90 of 2016 in E.P.No.54 of 2015 in O.S No.138 of 2011 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Repalle.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
