Today, at the hearing, Mr.Polisetty Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that after filing of this civil revision petition, the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and that, therefore, he seeks to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. 3.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
