Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for shop No. 30 of Venkatampalli village, Peapully Mandal, Kurnool District. While so on 21.02.2015 the Deputy Tahsildar inspected the Fair Price shop of the petitioner and submitted a report to the second respondent, based on which, the second respondent suspended the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry by order dated 27.4.2015. Challenging the same the present Writ Petition is filed.

This Court has carefully gone through the allegations levelled against the petitioner and is prima facie of the opinion

that the said allegations require to be enquired into and enquiry initiated against the petitioner is pending.

In those circumstances this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at this stage. In view of the suspension of the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving due opportunity and observing principles of natural justice during the enquiry process.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
