Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Petitioner claims that respondent No.2 was interfering in civil matters by harassing and demanding her to surrender Flat on 4th floor in premises bearing No.12-2-37/1/A/63, Zeba Bagh, Asifnagar, Hyderabad, to respondent No.4, even though no crime is registered and there is no justification to the police to involve in civil disputes.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad City, dated 12.03.2019, submits that respondent No.4 filed complaint on 05.02.2019 stating that Mohammed Rafeeq Qureshi, who is the son of complainant, and his wife were harassing and threatening her physically, creating nuisance and trying to trespass into the property. Based on the complaint, GD entry was made on 05.03.2019 and after conducting enquiry, charge sheet was also filed before the IV Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, on 08.03.2019 and Mohammed Rafeeq Qureshi, husband of petitioner, is accused. Petitioner is not an accused. The allegation that police are interfering with the possession and threatening the petitioner was denied.

Since crime is reported, police are entitled to investigate into the same. According to learned Government Pleader, investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed. At this stage, the question of further involvement by the police does not arise. 5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
