HON'BLE Smt JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.181 of 2010 ORDER:

Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad passed the following award on 24.09.2014. 1.

Sri T.Praduymna Kumar Reddy and the Learned Public Prosecutor and both the parties are present. The matter has been settled amicably between the parties.

It is stated by complainant that the divorce decree has already been passed by the Judge, Family Court, Narasaraopet, Guntur District. So far as this Criminal Case is concerned, the parties have amicably settled the matter.

Therefore, the complainant is not willing to pursue the matter as such requires to be closed.

Accordingly, the matter is closed.

In view of the award dated 24.09.2014 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Criminal Revision Case is closed in terms of the award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed.
