This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 10.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6506 of 2021 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order passed by this Court, the entire due amounts along with interest have been paid to the petitioner Hence, the cause in the contempt case no more survives 3.

ln view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary to be passed in the contempt case 4.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
