The petitioners are seeking regularization of their services in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.4.1994.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the Corporation has forwarded proposals to the Government to regularize the services of the petitioners in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.4.1994.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioners herein to submit a representation to the respondents seeking regularization of their services.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a representation to the respondents seeking regularization of their services, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders, within eight weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
