THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4993 OF 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the notice, dated 19.02.2019, issued by respondent No.3-Director, Enforcement, Vigilance and Disaster Management, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad under Sections 452(1) and 461 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner has already submitted her explanation to the impugned notice and the same would be considered in accordance with law. He also submits that till a final order is passed, no coercive action will be taken against the petitioner.

Recording the above said submission and making it clear that the respondent authorities are required to adhere to the undertaking given before this Court, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, in the writ petition shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
