OFFICE NOTE 12.09.2023 KS,J I.A.No.2 of 2023 This application is filed by accused No.2 to relax the condition No.3 imposed in Crl.P.No.2008 of 2021 vide order, dated 13.05.2021.

A crime was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420, 447, 427 and 506 of I.P.C read with Section 34 of I.P.C. However, the police have concluded the investigation and filed charge sheet for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 r/w 34 of I.P.C. There are no serious allegations in the charge sheet and the allegations made are of trespass and mischief.

In the said circumstances, the said condition can be relaxed.

Accordingly, the I.A. is allowed and condition No.3 imposed in Crl.P.No.2008 of 2021 vide order, dated 13.05.2021 is hereby relaxed.
