Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioners have filed these Writ Petitions to declare the action of 3rd respondent in not granting permission to 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to petitioners in respect of the land claimed by them in Peddapadu Village, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District.

On 27.08.2014, this Court directed the learned Government Pleader for Revenue to get instructions as to whether any order has been passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer. 4.
Today, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue has produced proceedings in R.Dis.C.550/2014 dt.24.08.2015 of the 3rd respondent rejecting the claim of the Wakf Board in respect of the land claimed by petitioners, and directing the said lands to be deleted from the pass book and title deeds issued in favour of Wakf Board. He also directed the Tahsildar, Kallur to take necessary action as per procedure under the Act.

In view of the said order, copy of which has been furnished to the counsel for petitioners, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petitions.

Therefore, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
