Heard Sri T.Lakshminarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt N.Sasikala, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (A.P.) appearing for respondent No.4. 2.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned counsel for the respondents that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 15.12.2017, in W.P.No.42738 of 2017 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers. 3.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to submit explanation to the impugned notice within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such explanation is submitted within the time stipulated above, the same shall be considered and appropriate further action shall be taken in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 15.12.2017, in W.P.No.42738 of 2017 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
