While admitting the writ petition on 3.7.2014, this Court did not grant any stay order and the period of licence itself expired due to efflux of time.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
