HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5110 of 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare the impugned order dt.15.02.2020 passed by respondent No.3 - RDO as arbitrary, illegal and set aside the same, and consequently sought a direction to respondent No.4 - Tahsildar to delete the name of unofficial respondent No.5 and restore the names of the petitioners pertaining to the subject property in the Revenue records.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Admittedly, the petitioners have an effective alternative remedy against the impugned order dt.15.02.2020 passed by respondent No.3, as such this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition bypassing the said alternative remedy.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the said remedy of revision as available under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
