HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.13257 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging orders of the Labour CourtII, Hyderabad dated 20-12-2002 in MP.No.17 of 2001.

2. First respondent herein approached Labour Court-II, Hyderabad claiming an amount of Rs.44,313/-from the petitioner-Corporation towards wages for the period, he was put-off duty and Labour Court, after considering the contentions and rival contentions of both parties, allowed the application and directed the petitioner-Corporation to pay an amount of Rs.32,124/- and challenging the same, present writ petition is filed.

3. This Court granted interim suspension on 07-07-2003.

4. As seen from the record, the writ petition against first respondent herein, who filed MP.No.17 of 2001 before the Labour Court-II, was dismissed on 19-10-2010 for non-compliance of the order dated 1808-2010.

5. Since this writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary-first respondent, no cause survives and as such the writ petition is closed. No costs.

6. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
