When the matter was listed on 01.06.2015 none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on her behalf. To give a last chance to the petitioner the matter was listed on 8.06.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". Even on 8.06.2015, there was no representation on behalf the petitioner. However, as the learned Government Pleader sought time to get instructions, the matter is directed to

be listed today. Today also none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. It seems the petitioner does not wish to pursue the writ petition.
