HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7063 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A4 seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.316 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sathupally, Khammam, registered for the offences under Sections 143, 323, 448 r/w 511 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter of Inspector of Police, Sathupally Police Station and submitted that the case has been compromised before Lok Adalat on 21.11.2013 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.316 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
