This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in MC No.25 of 2005 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal.

2. Both the learned counsel with one voice submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the court.

3. In view of the submission made by both the counsel, no further orders are necessary in this criminal petition. Hence, the criminal petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
