The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation on 03-04-2017 for sending him to the Corporate Medical Board of the respondent company. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-company.

Since it is stated that representation is pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with regulations within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
