HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 4318 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed questioning the enquiry proceedings in R.C.No.B/317/2017, dated 13.07.2017, passed by respondent No.5, without following due process of law.

2) Since the writ petition came to be filed challenging the impugned proceedings and since an order came to be passed pursuant to the said proceedings, which was said to have been challenged in W.P.No.31995 of 2018, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and hence the same is liable to be dismissed.

3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
