THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION Nos.8598, 9294, 9582, 11006, 11131 AND 12633 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER:

When these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respective writ petitioners, learned Government Pleader representing Municipal Administration and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation said that the issues involved in this batch of writ petitions are squarely covered by the orders, dated 22.06.2015, of this Court passed in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and batch and therefore, requested that these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the said order. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

Having regard to the submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated orders, this batch of writ petitions is disposed of in terms of the orders, dated 22.06.2015, in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order in the aforestated batch of writ petitions to this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
