Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that on committal of PRC.No.23 of 2012 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Razole, it was assigned S.C.No.40 of 2016 and the same is pending on the file of the Special Court for trial of cases under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Rajahmundry, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
