OFFICE NOTE 15.04.2026 PSK,J & NNR,J Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any.

Counsel for the petitioners : Mr. A.Phani Bhusan Counsel for the respondents : Mr.S.Rahul Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader attached to the office of the learned Additional Advocate General I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2026 I.A.No.1 of 2026 is review application and I.A.No.2 of 2026 is the modification application filed by the petitioner seeking for modification/review of the order passed in WP.No.4873 of 2025 decided on 02.04.2025 so far as granting of actual monetary benefits from 01.04.2025, which according to the petitioners ought to have been from the date when the petitioners have been given their joining.

On due consideration of the contentions of the counsel for the petitioners, we are of the considered opinion that the grounds raised in the review petition did not fit in the provisions as envisaged under Order 41 Rule 27 of C.P.C. seeking review of the order which would literally amount to rehearing and

passing of fresh order on merits.

These two applications are devoid of merits and deserve to be and accordingly dismissed.

I.A.Nos.3, 4 and 5 of 2026 In the light of the order passed by this Bench today in CC.No.2235 of 2025, more particularly, in the light of the affidavit filed by the Principal Secretary dated 07.04.2026 in Review I.A.No.5 of 2025 in WP.No.4873 of 2025, we are of the firm view that nothing further survives for consideration on I.A.Nos.3, 4 and 5 of 2026.

Accordingly, these applications stand closed. ________ PSK,J ________ NNR,J nvl
