THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.9031 AND 9036 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Undisputedly, there was earlier crime No.21 of 2016 on the file of P.S. Parchur, on the report of the Executive Officer of Group Temples of Parchur, as FAC Gorantla Venkanna Trust and obtained orders of this Court thereon, vide order dated 20.04.2016 in Crl.P.No.5710 of 2016.

Crime No.27 of 2017, on the file of P.S.Parchur, Prakasam District, was registered on the report of the Executive Officer of Group Temples of Idupulapadu and Crime No.38 of 2017, on the file of P.S.Inkollu, Prakasam District, was also registered on the report of the same Executive Officer of Group Temples of Idupulapadu respectively.

Having regard to the above, from the direction already obtained by the petitioner in Crime No.21 of 2016 of investigation shall go on and not to arrest, by directing the Superintendent of Police, Prakasam District, to entrust investigation of all the three crimes to one officer in the cadre of Inspector of Police and the investigation shall be completed within four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and in the meantime, petitioner shall not be arrested, however, his presence can be secured for purpose of

investigation as and when required. All defenses of the petitioner is left open.

Accordingly and with the above direction, these Criminal Petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in these cases shall stand closed in consequence.
