HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 15561 of 2016 O R D E R:- Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner-A3 is required, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A3 at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
