THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5949 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the Tahsildar, Badvel, Kadapa District, in issuing Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Acres 1.94 cents in Survey No.148/B2, situated at Imadapuram Village, Badvel Mandal, Kadapa District, pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2012. 2.

The petitioner merely submitted a representation without seeking the request in a prescribed proforma under the provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. 3.

In view of the above circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a proper application in accordance with law and as and when such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such application.

Accordingly and with the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
