This petition is filed, by the petitioner, who is accused No.2, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.783 of 2012 on the file of the court of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad. The offences alleged are under Section 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC ended in acquittal vide judgment, dated 18.07.2018.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 03.07.2013 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
