Petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated 07.03.2017, whereunder, she was asked to retire from service on attaining the age of 58 years. Whereas, she is entitled to continue in service till she attains the age of 60 years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 16.07.2016 the University sent proposals for enhancement of age of retirement. Similar issue has come up for consideration before the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.35935 of 2016 & batch. By common order dated 04.04.2017, this Court directed as under : "We consider it appropriate, in these circumstances, to dispose of all these Writ Petitions, directing the Government of A.P. to consider the proposal submitted by the Registrar of the University for enhancement of the age of superannuation of the non-teaching staff of the respondent-University from 58 years to 60 years, in accordance with law and take a decision in this regard at the earliest, in any event not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Following the said directions granted by this Court in the said judgment, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
