This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly, second respondentDistrict Collector and Chairman, District Level Committee in not taking appropriate action on representation dated 18.10.2016 in not complying the G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.2013, and consequent G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 26.05.2015 of Animal Husbandry, Diary Development and Fisheries Department, as illegal and arbitrary.
No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 23.04.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
